Van Couwenhoven is the surname first recorded for Petronel. Capitalization of the preposition "van" is incorrect and has been corrected per project naming conventions. Though she was baptized without a surname, there is no record of her patronymic. Her assumed patronymic of Jacobs has been added to the first name field.
